Feeney®'s DesignRail® Square Post Base Plate Covers are an easy to install 2-piece cover that conceals the lag screw heads and post base plates to give the railing a beautiful finishing touch. Made from aluminum, powder coated in Textured Black to match DesignRail® Classic and Modern Kit Posts.
Easy to assemble, the 2 piece covers "snap together" using a fastener free design. There are connection joints in corners for enhanced aesthetics. Height accommodates larger head on fasteners, such as expansion anchors or larger diameter lags and bolts
Use of silicone adhesive is recommended. Great for retrofitting existing installations too.
The Square Base Plate Cover fits over DesignRail® Classic and Modern 5”x5” square base plates on all 2-3/8” square post profiles.
