Feeney® DesignRail® Classic Kits are engineered for easy installation using components that snap and screw together, with pre-drilled posts and pickets to support Feeney® CableRail Kits for an open view. Made of high quality 6000 series aluminum extrusions with AAMA 2604 powder-coated finishes for long lasting beauty and performance. The Series 150 Top Rail serves as a code-compliant handrail for residential stair railings. The 42" DesignRail® Classic Right-Hand Newel Post Kit in Textured Black is designed for level to stair railing transitions that have a 90-degree turn to the right. Both level and stair cables will terminate in this post: 11 Quick-Connect® fittings in the level holes and 9 Threaded Terminal fittings in the angled holes. The post comes pre-drilled for both fittings; separate CableRail Kits are required for the level and stair sections. You will also need a 36" DesignRail® Classic Quick-Connect® Stair Post Kit for the bottom stair post and a 42" DesignRail® Classic Threaded Terminal Level Post Kit for the other end of the level railing. Use one or more 36" DesignRail® Classic Stair Rail Kits and 42" DesignRail® Classic Level Rail Kits to complete your railing. Feeney® standard 1/8" CableRail Kits 6200 Series for Metal and beveled washers for stairs are sold separately.
