Feeney® DesignRail® Classic Kits are engineered for easy installation using components that snap and screw together, with pre-drilled posts and pickets to support Feeney® CableRail Kits for an open view. Made of high quality 6000 series aluminum extrusions with AAMA 2604 powder-coated finishes for long lasting beauty and performance. The Series 150 Top Rail serves as a code-compliant handrail for residential stair railings. The 36" DesignRail® Classic Intermediate Stair Post in Black is used between two 36” DesignRail® Classic Stair Rail Kits to create a continuous section of railing. This post comes pre-drilled for 9 cables, at an angle to accommodate stair slopes between 29 and 34 degrees. The Post Kit includes a stair adapter for installation of the Series 150 Top Rail on top of the Intermediate Post, for a continuous graspable handrail on stairs. You will also need a 36" DesignRail® Classic Quick-Connect® Stair Post Kit for the bottom stair post, and a 36" DesignRail®Classic Threaded Terminal Stair Post Kit or any DesignRail® Classic Newel Post Kit for the top stair post. Feeney® standard 1/8" CableRail Kits 6200 Series for Metal and beveled washers for stairs are sold separately.
